- When the weather keeps you indoors, we offer plenty of fun inside! Try your hand at foosball, or challenge your friends and colleagues to a game of shuffleboard—we have two tables available for a small additional fee. Perfect for a social break or a friendly competition indoors.
- In the culvert beneath the hotel, you'll find Galleri Sundvolden – an atmospheric gallery space with rotating art exhibitions. Works by both local and national artists are showcased here, and the exhibitions are regularly refreshed throughout the year to follow the seasons. Sundvolden Hotel offers a fully equipped gym with treadmills, bikes, strength machines, free weights, and suspension trainers—a total of 19 machines for full-body workouts. You'll also find special equipment like Bråsterk and a small relaxation area for unwinding after your session. Open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and available to all overnight guests.

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful nature, excellent hiking routes, and is located by one of Norway’s largest inland fjords – Tyrifjorden.

- A pleasant and easy hike of about 3 km – you’ll be rewarded with a fantastic view at the top! Start from the hotel and walk up Krokkleiva, then continue onward to King’s View.
- This is a great trip for the whole family, offering a sense of achievement and fantastic viewpoints. Choose one or both destinations.

- Take a bike ride around Sundvollen. We have bicycles for rent, so you don’t have to worry about that!
