Here, you can create your own Winemaker’s Dinner—choose the wines yourself, and we’ll tailor the menu to match—enjoying your meal in intimate, authentic surroundings that have welcomed guests for nearly four centuries. The 4-star hotel above the cellar offers 273 rooms, so if the evening runs long, it’s easy to stay overnight just upstairs.
